Cancellation Policy

The Edgar Townhouse - Bed & Breakfast Accommodation in Central Bath

The Hotel has a Three Day cancellation policy for bookings of up to 2 bedrooms and a cancellation policy of 7 days for bookings of more than 2 rooms. After 3 days the full price of the room is charged. All cancellations should be made in writing by fax, email or letter.

 

The cancellation charge will be waived subject to the hotel being able to re-let the room.

 

 

Edgar Privacy Statement

Information at the Edgar is held for the sole use of the hotel. Information on guest’s address and contact details are held so that we can charge the cost of the accommodation, reserve rooms, send publications relating to the hotel and send back any left articles. Information on names and address is held for 1 year.

Information on credit and debit card details our held for 1 year to provide proof of payment and to cover any loss or damage to rooms and charge in the event of guest not cancelling outside of the 3 day cancellation policy. Information is also held in the event of any fraudulent credit and debit card transactions.

 

Insurance

The hotel strongly advises that all guests take travel insurance to avoid the cancellation charge.
