Smashing little room compact and bijoux, just a short walk away from the city centre, with everything you need for a short city break such as ours. Breakfast was definitely the highlight! Fab full English and a good selection of buffet style cereal selections to keep you going for the day. Would very much recommend.
This place is close to the city centre and has very flexible check in times! We had a great stay.

Thank you so much. The room was terrific. A few stairs to the top but we had help getting our luggage there. The room was very clean and cosy. We woke up to amazing views from our bedroom window. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast each morning was a treat and came out very quickly so we could start our day. When we come back to Bath we would definitely stay here again.
Highly recommended place to stay! Front desk was very friendly and helpful. We asked about something specific for dinner, by the time we came back down she had found what we were looking for with a map printed out for us. Breakfast was great. Beautiful view out the window. Location is close to any major site or bus, a quick walk over the bridge. Would stay here again if we ever make it back to Bath.
This is a very nice guest-house, very close to the center of Bath (5 minutes walk max). The room was small but well furnished, and offered a great view to the hills surrounding the city, with a perfect sunrising morning light. Breakfast is awesome, service very nice.
