Payment Policy

The full amount of your stay plus any other incidental charges you have selected is charged when the booking made. The first night is a non-refundable deposit. Please bring the credit card you booked with and present at registration. The first night’s stay will be charged as a non-refundable deposit.
Please ensure that the card you booked with is chargeable. A failed credit card authorisation could result in your booking being cancelled. (we do not accept Diners Club). We accept cash, VISA,MASTERCARD,American Express maestro and JCB cards. A credit card fee of 2% is applied. There is no charge for debit cards. We advise guest to take out travel insurance to cover against cancellation.

Please also provide an ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL in Bath.
Additional charges are made for extra guests staying in room beyond the number of set guests originally booked. There are extra charges for additional breakfasts and beds.


The guesthouse has a 4 day cancellation policy.The entire stay will be charged. the first night is a non-refundable deposit. Cancellations to be made in writing. When we have cancelled a room you will receive a cancellation email form us.Cancellations within 4 days will result in the full cost being cost. Please note that reception closes at 8:30pm. Please phone or e-mail to make arrangements for your key if you plan to arrive after 7:00pm. For bookings of more than 2 nights or more than 2 rooms there is a 7 day cancellation policy.
The guesthouse is totally non-smoking. Should any guest breech this request a charge will be made accordingly to service the room. It is illegal to smoke in the guesthouse.
Regrettably we do not accept hen or stag parties or pets. These booking will be cancelled without refund. Please see the access statement on the website for access for access to the guest house. Please note we do not have ground floor room or a lift.
